my eldest has his 31st birthday coming up so i thought i would get his card made because i have so many christmas cards to get done so that i can send them out and i am doing a fete at school at the beginnining of dec so it is busy, busy!!! this is for the sketch on sketch saturday. the stamp is a penny black called 'how becoming' from the glitterpot. i have cut off the balloon the cat was holding and cut different size balloons on my cricut, i have chosen these colours as daniel is an ipswich supporter (WHY???). sleep is calling now, see you soon x

good morning to you all, the weather is taking a turn for the worse. i hope that it isn't too bad where you are. my card today is for the challenge on just magnolia and i have used another of my new stamps from the jolly snowy collection called 'sitting mary christmas' and i got her from sir stampalot (you may have guessed by now this is one of my fave places to buy my goodies). the paper is also a magnolia as is the noel and dresser stamp. the ribbon, puddings and charm are from my stash. thanks for looking in x

evening all, hope you are all ok. went to lakeside today and started my christmas shopping and i have to say it has really exhausted me. it hasn't stopped me from getting crafty though!!! this card is another order and i have used the sketch for this weeks challenge on mawtt. the stamp is from sir stampalot called 'home sweet home' by helz cuppleditch, the rest is from my stash. x

the sugar bowl # 23

i was doing so well today and thought i would get a few cards done when i dropped my container of brads everywhere!!!! it took me nearly 2 hours to get them sorted i was not best pleased, i really didn't know i had so many. anyway i have managed to get a card done tonight, it is for the challenge on the sugar bowl. i have used a stamp from the homegrown collection called 'santa's little helper' from funky kits. the rest is from my stash. well off to bed for me now, going to try and go out to lakeside tomorrow to start christmas shopping, should be fun!!! see you soon x

creatalicious challenge # 4

this is my first time in taking part in the creatalicious challenge and the theme is christmas. my new stamp from the jolly snowy collection from magnolia just had to be used. he is called 'snoowie snowman with bells' from sir stampalot. the rest is from my stash. i have added snow to the bottom of snoowie and dabbed glitter for snowfall. it is finished off with a ribbon and charm. while i was making this card my son thought it was for him.... this made me laugh as my jacob is 21!!!!!! have a great week and happy crafting x

card number 2 is for the challenge on truly scrumptious and it is the sketch plus texture. the stamp is a forever friends called 'santa' from the glitter pot. for the texture i have used fun flock on the fur of the hat and jacket, the paper is from my stash and it already had the squiggly lines on so it was just perfect for the sketch. i have shrunk a sack of presents for the embellishment. i hope aarvin likes his 'first christmas' card. (i have an order for quite a few special cards from my friend amanda's office and this is one of them). thanks for dropping by x

good morning to you all, i hope you have had a lovely weekend. i had a trip out for the first time since hospital, we went to a quiz night on saturday and i had a really good time. i have also managed to get 3 cards finished so here is the first one. i have combined this one for 3 challenges. the first is for cute card thursday which this weeks theme is glitter, the next is for allsorts which has the theme anything for a child and the last one is secret crafter which is the four seasons. the stamp is an old favourite of mine from penny black from the glitter pot called 'snow hut'. the paper, ribbon and velum are all from my stash. i think this fits the bill for all 3, be back in a mo x

where has this week gone??? i just seem to be so busy these days, work is a bit manic at the mo, lots of illness and people off so it is a bit stressfull. going into hospital on monday isn't helping, i am trying to catch up with everything so i can take it easy when i come home. anyway enough of that. this card is for the challenge on friday sketchers. the stamp is a lili of the valley called 'miki sledging', the paper is one that has been in my christmas box for ages, an unusual colour scheme for christmas but you have to be daring sometimes!!!!! thanks for popping in x

so much for having a nice half term!!!!! i have spent most of the week in bed with the flu and a chest infection, not exactly what i had planned. today is the first day i have actually felt human so i got crafting. the first card is for the challenge on sketch saturday and i really love this card. the stamp i have used is a sarah kay called 'noel peace' and i bought her at ally pally a few weeks ago. i have used white green and pink ribbons but they haven't photographed very well. everything else on the card is from my stash. i hope you are all fit and well, happy crafting x

hello bogging buddies hope you are all ok, had a rotten day today so i have cheered myself up with making cards. this one is for a friend at work who celebrates her birthday on halloween. tilda looks good in these colours and i love the paper so i am pleased with the result. the sketch is for the challenge on sketch saturday. the stamp is a magnolia called 'tilda with broom' from sir stampalot. i have used buttons and beads as embellishments. well back to the cards and wait for robbie to open the electric prom. card number 3 and i have to admit that i made this a couple of weeks ago for sophie's 2nd birthday. i am going into hospital soon so i am trying to get up to date with everything before hand. i can't believe my baby is nearly 2, mind you she is a real little spit fire and you certainly know when she is around, great character though. the card is this weeks theme on creative inspirations which is anything with a number on it. the stamp is an alota stamp called 'girl drawing' from dies to die for, the paper and flowers i have had for ages but i used my cricut to do the number 2. i had to do it in pink as it is sophie's favourite colour. i need to get cracking on another card so i will see you soon x
