just magnolia week #1

a new challenge blog started this week called just magnolia and i couldn't wait to get started on the card. the layout is the sketch that was set by donalda. as my youngest grandson starts 'big school' in september (i know i have got a few months yet!!) i thought i would make him a card for that special day. the stamp is edwin with pencil which i got from the glitter pot the pile of books came from them as well. the papers are from a scrapbook in a pad which again i found when i had a clear out. i used my eclipse tape on edwin so that i could stamp the books to show him sitting on them. i love the crayon buttons, the colour scheme has all of georges favourite colours. now i am off to get some sleep, night night x
