Just popping by to say thanks for your comments Karen. The police told my daughter she was virtually mugged, but there's nothing they can do. Things weren't as bad as we thought though. She found her keys caught in the lining of her bag - thank God we don't have to change all the locks!! I'd love to get my hands on the little scroat that stole her purse though. Like you say, it's all the hassle of cancelling everything that's infuriating.
